This beautiful sewn tutu dress by Three Little Princesses is sure to please any Ariel fan and would be perfect for that trip to Disney World or Disneyland, Halloween, and so much more. It is constructed up to 200 yards of high quality blue, mint and purple tulle, with a wide 1 inch non-twist elastic band. Included in this outfit are 5 flower clips of various sizes with rhinestoned centers, which come attached to the dress. You may remove any of these, which are mounted on partially lined alligator clips, to use as hair flowers! All ribbons are heat-sealed, and 6 strands of pearls fall from the bodice of the dress, a must for a Mermaid Princess. This dress was hand cut, machine sewn by hand, and each flower petal was taken apart and meticulously glued back together to ensure quality for your little princess!
