It is constructed up to 200 yards of high quality red tulle, with a wide non-twist elastic band. Included in on this dress is maribou lining at the bodice and an extra wide 2 1/4 inch grosgrain ribbon tie to create an empire waist All ribbons are heat-sealed. This dress was cut and machine sewn by hand!
