This pettitutu is perfect for Rock Star Princesses! Pettitutus work great as a costume, or over jeans. This is a sewn tutu which was turned into a pettitutu by adding 75 feet of tulle to the ends to give it extra fluff. The original tutu is a black and shocking pink, with alternating black and shocking pink ends. Our tutus are made on a thick elastic band which will not roll on your princess' waist.
