This listing is for a sewn  Birthday Surprise tutu. This tutu is hand cut and each piece of tulle is machine sewn together by hand. Our tutus are made with a wide elastic band to prevent rolling at the waist.

Each tutu will include a matching removable flower hair clip at the waistband, and tied ribbon embellisments around the entire tutu, which are heat sealed. This item would be beautiful on the birthday girl and would be perfect for portraits.

Please allow 10 business days for the creation of your item before it is shipped. Due to availablity, the flower and/or ribbon in the picture might vary slightly, but it will always match and look fabulous! All of the tulle that we use is CPSIA compliant for your princess' safety.
