This vintage hipster tutu would make a totally cute addition to your princess' outfit!  It is made out of vintage upcycled jeans or shorts, with an adorable tutu sewn inside.  The denim will fray up to the sew line, which adds character to the piece.  Each of these tutus are completely OOAK, because the denim pieces used vary.  Attached to the hip is a zebra clip which can be worn either on the skirt or in the hair.  A heat sealed ribbon belt completes the look.  This would work perfectly over leggings, shorts, or jeans!
