This vintage hipster tutu is perfectly precious! It is made out of vintage upcycled denim with an adorable light pink tutu sewn inside.  Black lace detailing can be found above the tutu. The denim will fray up to the sew line, which adds character to the piece. Attached to the hip is a large flower clip with gem, which can be worn either on the skirt or in the hair. A heat sealed ribbon belt completes the look. This would work perfectly over leggings, jeans, or shorts!
