Meet Tink, the Bell of the Ball! This double layered tutu dress is machine sewn by me using a method to create a true layered tutu dress. The top layered is created with pixie cut lime green tulle, while the bottom layer is a bit longer in straight cut butter yellow.  Also included in your purchase are a pair of greeen sparkle Pixie Wings, a sequined headband created by me with hydrangea and petal accents, hydrangea and petal accents on the bodice along with a removable sequined belt.
