What a wonderful addition to Three Little Princess' Tutu Dress Line! This lovely tutu dress is machine sewn by me in turquoise, emerald, purple, and royal blue. Gorgeous flower clips and peacock feathers line the front of the dress, while turquoise feathers and flower accent the back.  Flowers might vary slightly due to availability, but will always look fabulous!
