I am in love with this tutu dress, as Tangled is my favorite Disney film. This lovely tutu dress is machine sewn by me in hues of purple. I then hand embellished the dress with light pink tulle in a criss cross pattern and sleeves. A gorgeous hydrangea flower with gem and light pink ribbons accent this dress to complete the look.
