Introducing our Belle Inspired Tutu Dress. This lovely tutu dress is machine sewn by me in soft yellow. I then hand embellished the dress with yellow tulle detailing at the neck/sholder area and around the dress. Flowers accent this dress at the bodice, and bows/flowers can be found lining the bottom.
