This listing is for a sewn Sweet Peppermint tutu in size Newborn through 6. The tutu is hand cut and each piece of tulle is machine sewn together by hand. It is mainly white, with stripes of red and emerald green throughout. Our tutus are made with a wide elastic band to prevent rolling at the waist.
